Attention:

Member with Specialist Title¹: Attach a specialist certificate issued by the Brazilian Society of Coloproctology.

Resident²: Attach a statement from the institution confirming enrollment in: an official residency program at a recognized institution, or a specialization internship in recognized programs. In both cases, the statement must include the start and expected end dates of the residency.

Medical Students³: Attach proof of enrollment in an undergraduate course authorized by the competent public authority, a valid student ID for the current year, or proof of payment (paid tuition slip) for the current academic semester from the educational institution.

Course Only – Non-specialist physicians and healthcare professionals⁴: Registration for pre-congress courses only is allowed exclusively for physicians not practicing digestive surgery (general surgeons, digestive system surgeons, and oncological surgeons are excluded and must be registered for the main congress to attend the pre-congress courses).

Important:
Sponsored activities and lectures (such as Satellite Symposia) are conducted under the responsibility of the sponsoring company and follow their respective compliance rules. In addition to these rules, certain measures may also be adopted by the sponsoring company, such as granting access to prescribers only during satellite symposia, in order to fully comply with ANVISA regulations, particularly those set forth in RDC No. 96/2008. Such restrictions will be made public by the sponsoring company and indicated in the scientific program.
Withdrawal and Refund
• If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the date of the event.
• Refunds will be paid according to the following criteria:
